 BrandedTools is a part of the Eurocom Group of Companies.

 

We have been supplying Hand and Power Tools to retailers, DIY enthusiasts and various construction and building organisations since 1983. Our customer portfolio includes British Airways, London Transport, GLC, schools, hotels and film studios, to name a few. 

 

Eurocom remains a privately owned family business and we take pride in offering the best possible service at fair prices. Branded Tools specialize in offering top brands such as Stanley Tools, DeWalt, Makita, Marshalltown, Estwing, Stabila, Armor, Knipex and Trend. Power tools are subject to a minimum warranty of 12 months; however, we recommend that you register the tools with the manufacturer to have this extended to 3 years. Manufacturers have approved service agents and in the first instance it may be quicker and easier to take the tool to them with your proof of purchase. Your warranty begins from your date of purchase. If you are not near a warranty agent then many of the manufacturers will collect the tool from you. Please find the links below for each manufacturer and their warranty policy and procedures. 

 

Please note that if the failure of the tool is down to misuse by the operator or is repaired by a non-approved agent then this invalidates the warranty. There is no loan tool service whilst your machine is in for repair and in the majority of cases the machine will be repaired and not replaced. If you are unsure then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help.

PAYMENTS

 

Paypal is our preferred payment method, but we do accept payment by cheque or postal order.

 

Customers who elect to pay using the Paypal echeque need to be aware that it takes up to 10 days for these payments to clear.

 

All items are despatched after payments have cleared into our account.

 

SHIPPING

 

Please note that the shipping charges listed are for mainland UK only. For all other areas / countries please request for shipping charges.

 Items less than 2kg are sent via 1st Class Recorded Delivery within the UK and signatures for delivery are required.   Please note that Royal Mail will leave a calling card and if the item is not collected within 5 days of the card being left it is returned to us and can take up to 10 to 15 days to get back to us.  In this instance a redelivery charge will apply.

 

Items over 2kg are sent by carriers and will require a signature for delivery.  Our carrier will only attempt 2 deliveries, the 3rd and subsequent delivery attempts will be chargeable, unless item collected from the carrier's depot.  On failed deliveries the carrier will leave calling cards and will automatically attempt the second delivery on the next working day, unless contacted by the customer with an alternative date.

 

It is advisable to provide a contact phone number so that this may be given to the carrier in case of any delivery issues.  It is also advisable to provide an address where someone will be in to sign for the item, to avoid any disappointment.  Please note we do not make deliveries to PO Boxes.

 

We aim to despatch goods within 1 to 2 working days due to the time the order is placed.  Our carrier aims to deliver within 24 to 48 hours within the UK.  Our European deliveries depend on the location and can take from 2 to5 days from the point of despatch to be delivered depending on the town and country..

 

 RETURNS

 

Items which are received damaged or faulty can be returned for a refund or exchange.  Any costs spent by the buyer in sending the item back will be refunded by their original payment method.

 

Unwanted items can be returned for a refund less postage costs within 14 days of purchase, providing they have not been used.
