Terms and Conditions
- Branded Tools is a member of the Eurocom Group of Companies, herein known as the Company.
- Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that all images and specifications and advertising are correct at the time of going to press. However all products are offered only as a guide, due to the fact that our suppliers are continuously improving or changing specifications. The Company shall therefore retain the right to change such material and/or price without notice.
- The Company shall deliver the items ordered by the customer within a reasonable time, but all delivery times quoted are only as a guide. If for any reason the Company cannot deliver the goods within the time quoted, it shall not be held responsible for any damages or consequential loss of any kind.
- In case of a shortage, or if the goods are received in unsatisfactory conditions, the customer is expected to endorse the carriers' delivery note accordingly. Shortages or damaged goods must be notified in writing in post, fax or email within three working days of delivery.
- If any item supplied is claimed to be defective, the Company must be notified in writing, within seven days. Every reasonable step shall be taken to replace, repair or credit with the sale price, less carriage charges.
- New and unused goods supplied may be returned for credit, less carriage charges within one week of receipt of customer. In such cases, a re-handling charge of 15% may be levied for cost of stocking. The Company also reserves the right to claim outbound and inbound carriage charges.
- The contract for the supply of the goods to the customer shall be integrated with the laws of England and Wales.
