Returns instructions

  • Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, as well as in their original packaging.
  • Please attach a note to indicate a reason for the item to be returned.
  • If exchanging the same item(s) for a different size, please indicate new size on packing slip next to the product(s) being returned. Please contact us for any other type(s) of exchange(s).
  • Send your package so that it can be tracked.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or in error, we ask that you please contact our customer service department immediately at 02085746508, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) from 9h00 – 17h00 GMT.

For apparel items, please carefully read the care instructions on the inside label before wear and wash. Any damage due to wear and tear or inappropriate washing is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Brandedtools.co.uk cannot take responsibility for items received in good condition, but were later damaged while in use.

 

Return Exceptions

 We cannot accept returns on the following:

  •  Any tools that have been visibly used
  • Any apparel item that has been used, worn or washed

 

Refunds

Please allow up to 21 business days to receive a refund for any returned merchandise. Shipping and handling will not be refunded, unless a product is received defective or damaged. Refunds for products will be based on the price paid at the time of your order. Price adjustments will not be considered. Refunds will be issued via the payment method originally used for the purchase.
